What is the Email Sender?

A custom Email Sender is part of the Identity Plus plan. It lets the notifications Onetime Secret sends on your behalf come from an address on your own domain — for example secrets@yourbrand.com — instead of a generic address, so recipients see a consistent, trusted sender.

Typical uses include:

• Domain-specific notification emails that match your brand.
• A recognizable “From” address that improves trust and deliverability.

Plan availability

• Identity Plus includes a custom sender address for domain-specific notifications (the From address is tied to your custom domain).
• Team Plus extends this with a flexible From domain, allowing any domain in the sender address — not just your custom domain.

Proper email authentication (SPF/DKIM) for your domain is part of getting this working reliably; specifics will be documented here as the feature ships.
