What is the Email Sender?
Section titled “What is the Email Sender?”A custom Email Sender is part of the Identity Plus plan. It lets the
notifications Onetime Secret sends on your behalf come from an address on your
own domain — for example secrets@yourbrand.com — instead of a generic
address, so recipients see a consistent, trusted sender.
Typical uses include:
- Domain-specific notification emails that match your brand.
- A recognizable “From” address that improves trust and deliverability.
Plan availability
Section titled “Plan availability”- Identity Plus includes a custom sender address for domain-specific
notifications (the
Fromaddress is tied to your custom domain). - Team Plus extends this with a flexible From domain, allowing any domain in the sender address — not just your custom domain.
Proper email authentication (SPF/DKIM) for your domain is part of getting this working reliably; specifics will be documented here as the feature ships.
